"Fuel Costs Add Up Fast"
I’ve been using it for a bit, and the main thing I noticed is how quickly the fuel cost starts to add up. Day to day it feels fine at first, but after a few fill-ups, it really makes you think about the overall expense. For me, that’s the biggest downside.

"Pretty easy to grab my receipt"
I used BP to get my fuel receipt, and it was there without any real hassle. it’s kind of nice not having to track down a paper copy or call the station just to get it sorted.

"Pretty happy with BP fuel"
I’ve been filling up at BP for a while now, the fuel seems good to me. Like, my car just runs smooth, and I haven’t noticed any weird engine noises or that annoying drop in mileage I’ve had before when I used some cheaper spots. The prices do kind of go up and down, which is a bit frustrating sometimes, but, overall, I feel like the quality is there, so I’m happy sticking with it

I stopped at bp on my way home, and even though it seemed busy, the staff were really nice. Someone gave me a quick smile and helped me find what I needed, which I appreciated. Not a huge deal, I guess, but it made the stop feel a bit better than expected.

"Super easy payment"
I paid through bp.com yesterday and it was painless, my card details loaded right away, nothing froze or sent me in circles like some websites do, the confirmation email showed up about a minute later, and the amount was exactly what I expected, so yeah, simple enough and I’d use it again.

It’s kind of hard to find a bp station around my area. I wish there were about a few more nearby because it would make stopping for gas a lot more convenient.

i had a charge issue after using bp, so i ended up reaching out to support. they did eventually sort it out, which i appreciate. but there was more back and forth than i expected, and it took longer than it should have. wasn’t the worst experience, but not exactly great either. 3 stars seems fair.

"Actually Useful, Surprisingly Enough"
I use bp rewards pretty much every week now, the points add up faster than I thought they would. I’ve already saved a few bucks on gas, which isn’t exactly life-changing, but with gas prices being what they are, I’ll take whatever tiny win I can get. It’s easy enough to use too, which is nice since apparently even saving money has to involve an app or program these days.

"Helpful for checking station hours"
I mostly use bp to check opening hours before I drive out, and it’s been spot on every time so far. The times have matched the actual stations, which is really useful, especially later in the evening when I don’t want to waste a trip. Seriously, nothing ruins your mood faster than pulling up to a closed station. Anyway, it’s been reliable for me

"Mostly Fine, Just a Little Annoying Sometimes"
I stop at bp here and there, and most of the pumps work okay from what I’ve seen. There were a couple times where the card reader didn’t really cooperate, and once the nozzle was being weird too, though I don’t remember which pump it was. Nothing that ruined my day or anything, just kind of annoying when you’re trying to get gas and move on.

The bathroom was clean enough at first glance, but not so spotless that I felt completely confident. It kind of left me wondering if the rest of the place was being looked after the same way, which made me trust the overall experience a little less.

Tried to pay on bp with my credit card. Kept getting declined for no obvious reason. Card works fine everywhere else. Support took a while too. Annoying. Just wanted to pay and move on...

"Pretty handy when I’m in a hurry"
I use the BPme app most of the time now, and it does seem to make filling up a bit quicker. I just open it, choose the pump, pay, and get on with it without having to go inside or stand in a queue. It’s been fairly reliable for me so far, and I can usually find the receipts easily afterwards. I’m not sure it’s something everyone would care about, but when I’m in a rush, it’s definitely nice to have.

I’ve stopped at BP a few times when I needed a quick bite. The sandwiches are usually okay, nothing amazing tbh, and the coffee seems to taste a little different every time I go. It’s not bad if you’re in a rush, but for the price it’s kinda just average imo.

I’ve been using it and overall it works okay, but the thing that’s been bothering me lately is how long my loyalty points can take to show up. Maybe I’m extra annoyed because it just happened again recently, but it makes the whole experience feel less smooth than it should.
